Minor Hotels owns and operates several hospitality outlets in conjunction with their hotels. I worked across approximately seven different brands of hospitality venues throughout Australia and New Zealand. These brands included Oak & Vine Restaurants and Edesia Cafe & Bar, with Oak & Vine operating seven separate outlets across the two countries and Edesia consisting of two outlets in Australia, both part of the Avani Hotels brand.
The work I completed was for an event at our Oak & Vine Wellington venue in partnership with the renowned NZ wine brand, Babich Wines. Using stock imagery that I sourced and following our Oak & Vine brand templates, I created a suite of assets for the event.
Additionally, I created content and refreshed the look and feel for the Oaks Hotels dining page using imagery sourced from a photoshoot we did for our Edesia brand. Using the same imagery, I created three vinyl artworks for Edesia Adelaide that were used to display various promotions for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Lastly, I designed a unique menu for our Oak & Vine venue in Cairns that was double-sided and A3-sized. The menu featured subtle illustrations of tropical plants, such as heliconia and palms, that are commonly found in the region.
